Receive the valves Flush the outside and inside to remove the dirt  Pressure testing first and then find the problems fully disintegratedMapping the parts to find further problems.

1. Parts is damaged . Drawing and then produce the new parts.

2.The sealing surface of ball is damaged. Re-painting with hard alloy after processing and then processing ,grinding and matching .

3. The sealing surface of seat is damaged. Re-painting with hard alloy after processing and then processing ,grinding and matching .

4.Repair or replace the valves based on the relevant damage situation of valve body .

5.Check fasteners and replace new parts which have problems.

6.Valve packing and gaskets which are easy to break need to be replaced.
